recently began a new job that has me on-the-road more than at home. On a recent business trip, I began to feel ill. I developed a sore throat, but I wanted to wait until I was back home to see my regular physician. After a day, my throat began to swell and it started to hurt even more.
Visiting a doctor I was unfamiliar with scared me a bit, but I knew I had to. I went to a local urgent care center, and my worries were all for nothing. The staff was so nice and they gave me great treatment. I was diagnosed with strep throat, and they told me I came in at a great time before it got much worse. I created this blog to remind others that there are many great doctors out there, so never hesitate to visit one when traveling!
